We are a bit disappointed because we were not able to see the inside of Burgos Museum..But luckily, I got the chance to see one of the more unique industries in Ilocos Sur. This jar making. It is called a burnay here and it made by hand with a real potter’s wheel. It turns out the knowledge of making the burnay comes from beyond the shores of the Philippines..To get here another tricycle from plaza (P10/pax). No Entrance fee.
The factories had to be established in “Pagbantayan” (the old name of the barangay now called Pagburnayan) because of its accessibility to the rich clay deposits in Ayusan.. |

And for our next stop, is the Hidden Garden if you are a flower and plant lover you shouldn't miss this place. It is located in one of the remote baranggays of Vigan, a gorgeous haven owned by an architect famous for his landscaping projects.
Lots of Love,
